Role and Responsibility
The individual would be responsible for implementing and administering employee-benefit programs. He should have experience in working on employee benefits & perks, compensation, employee-stock-purchase plans, healthcare options and retirement plans. He / she should have participated in Compensation Surveys. The candidate should be a team player, computer literate, having an in-depth knowledge of health and welfare benefits. He should be well versed in all statutory and legal compliances.

Qualifications
An MBA with 4 – 7 years of relevant work.
