AVP / Senior Manager – Human Resource

Role and Responsibility
The incumbent is expected to bring in a strategic perspective to the Human Resource Center that would closely collaborate in formulating and driving business performance and results to help build shareholder wealth. Potential incumbents would bring in substantive learning and contribution as their key areas of competence with relevant exposure to world class Human Resource Practices including the capability to benchmark best practices. Given the competitive position of this corporation the incumbent would help add value through the following goals:

  1. Strategic HRM and building core business processes relevant to the HR functioning
  2. Attracting and retaining talent
  3. Build HR processes in the basic transactional areas like compensation, recruiting and training and transformation interventions in role analysis, position benchmarking, competency building, star tracking and career management.
  4. Provide substantive advisory support to business managers to help them build a performing culture with balanced performance measures, key performance indicators and milestone targets.
  5. The Organisation is implementing advanced systems and processes in HR and is expected to be a substantive learning opportunity for the highly initiated.

Qualifications
Professional should be an MBA from a premier institute with around 9 to 11 years of relevant functional experience having managed a seasoned HR establishment, state of art of technology, HRD interventions, change management programs, and institutionalizing performance goals and systems.
