The Job
He / she will be responsible for building the business as a profit center. The role will demand an ability to develop the business as well as set the processes for high quality research. The individual will also need to build the research team, develop the budgets and make business projections.

The candidate will be required to have 10 - 13 years of experience in areas of Equity and credit research. Typically should have worked with research organizations or captive units of Banks or Investment banking companies.

Qualifications
An MBA/CA. Added qualification will be a CFA.
