  1. Managing and growing bank’s corporate book and strategic business of SME portfolio
  2. Managing and growing strategic business units of the bank’s SME portfolio.
  3. Is responsible for Business Development and also developing a business model for relationship management.
  4. Maintain existing relationships & acquire new business as per business plan
  5. Identify & develop strategic opportunities for new products and new markets
  6. Identify cross-sell opportunities of retail and investment products.
  7. Ensure bottom line growth by achieving the yield per relationship.
  8. Orchestrate Quality Improvements by ensuring high loan quality.
  9. Improve turn around time of credit delivery.
  10. Ensuring customer responsiveness & drive improvements in customer service processes
  11. Networking with other support lines for customer comfort

Qualifications
The candidate should have minimum 7-10 years experience in a senior management position.
